I was the best friend of Sims little sister, Bernice growing up. He was always kind to us. He would take us out for ice cream in his unregistered car. I spent many hours hanging around their home and many hours listening to his dreams. He did the same for us. As we became teenagers Bernice and I learned to drive by backing Sim's car a hundred times in and out of the driveway. When he found out what we had done, he was understanding and kind. As a teenager I worked at Meal Time Cafe as a waitress. Sim worked there as a dishwasher. We were good friends. Sim was always looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I hope he has found it.

Sorry for your loss. I grew up next door to him and his family, who sold their home products to our store "Frames Market".
