Beale Arlene L. Beale, age 91, died Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Arlene was born Grace Arlene Luft and was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Ralph R. Beale and her sister Dora (Gene) Milliron of FL. She graduated from Ada High School, attended Ohio Northern University and graduated from The Ohio State University. Arlene is survived by son, Duane (Becky) Beale and grandson, Cody Beale of Marysville; daughter, Debbie (Bob) Eckstein of Gahanna; son, Darin (Jodena) Beale of Grove City; step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Arlene had been a school teacher, stay at home Mom, substitute teacher and employee of Cat Welfare for over 30 years. She was a member of Maple Grove United Methodist Church for over 50 years and participated in Ruth's Circle. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St. Worthington, where Funeral Service is to be held 10 a.m. Friday, January 10, 2014. Burial at Pleasant Cemetery in Mt. Sterling, OH. Contributions may be made to Cat Welfare or Maple Grove Church in Arlene's memory.
