Pedigo Charles L. Pedigo, age 63 of Mount Vernon, died Thursday evening February 27, 2014 at his residence doing what he enjoyed most working on the farm. He was born on November 4, 1950 in Columbus to the late Charles W. and Mary L. (Mager) Pedigo. He was a 1968 graduate of Franklin Heights High School and attended The Ohio State University. He was a retired salesman for Frito-Lay with 24 years of service retiring in 1999. Charles treasured the time spent with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed sprint car races, working on the farm and cutting wood. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Anna (Dickenson) Pedigo and they were married July 28, 1982 in Columbus; sons, Charles Edward Pedigo of Centerburg, Derrick (Misty) Wharton of Cardington, Gary Casey of Centerburg; seven grandchildren; sister, Chris (Gary) Hatcher of Mount Vernon. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. at the DEVORE-SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, SR 3 at 61, Sunbury where services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Tim Parker officiating.
