Robins Claire Robins Parnes, 86, formerly of Columbus, died November 4 in Bronx, New York. Preceded in death by son Jonathon and parents Abe and Sophie Robins. Survived by husband Richard of 49 years, son Stephen (Debbie); grandsons, Jerrod and Aiden. Also survived by brother, Martin Robins of Columbus; niece and nephews in Ohio and Virginia. Claire graduated from South High School in 1945, attended The Ohio State University receiving an undergraduate degree in Social Work, then a Master of Science in Social Work at Columbia University. She was employed for many years at the Jewish Home and Hospital in Bronx, New York, where she lived her final days. Services were held at the WEINSTEIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL in Yonkers, New York, with burial at Mt. Eden Cemetery in Hawthorne, New York.
