Clark Marcia Lauffer Clark, June 21, 1943 - April 8/2014, was born in Columbus, Ohio to Paul and Ethel Lauffer. She graduated from North High School and received her BA from the Ohio State University. Marcia was born to be a teacher and spent 45 years following that calling. She touched the lives of countless young students and was a favorite among them. Marcia was equally passionate about learning and her greatest passion was as a Master Gardener. The beautiful grounds at their home on the river in Hague, Va. will be a lasting memorial and tribute. Marcia is survived by her husband, Bob, whom she dearly loved; her mother, Ethel Lauffer; her brother, Mike (Pam) Lauffer; her sister, Mari (John) Holcomb; and half-sister, Beverly O'Brien; her nieces and nephews and many good friends. Donations may be made to The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or www.purplestride.org/columbus (Team Marcia).
