VLAHOS Phyllis Anne Sielatycki Vlahos, 76, of The Villages, Florida, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2012 after a brief illness. She was born November 8, 1935 in Cleveland, Ohio, graduated from Notre Dame Academy (Cleveland) and attended Ohio University. Phyllis raised her family for many years in Upper Arlington, Ohio before moving to The Villages in 2004 after her retirement as office manager from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She is survived by sons, Christopher (Elizabeth), Ted (Cathy), and David; daughter, Cindy Tovell (Craig); and grandchildren, Philip, Kevin and Kurt Vlahos, Collin and Carly Tovell, and Colton, Walker and Lexie Vlahos, Drew and Jenna Slikker. To say the least, Phyllis lived life to the fullest. Before retiring, she was active in many years with Vaud-Villities as a singer, dancer and costume designer, and served as a consultant for the Longaberger Basket Company and associate at Macy's. She was extremely proud of her children and especially her grandchildren, always traveling to their activities to show her support. She was an avid golfer, winning the coveted Red Jacket symbolizing the Champion in the annual Sielatycki Family golf tournament, which she founded. At The Villages, she served as a lobby host at where she welcomed visitors with her outgoing personality. She was a member of the Florida/Tri-County Alumni Club of The Ohio State Alumni Association and was a proud supporter of the Buckeyes. Phyllis will be dearly missed by her many family and friends in Ohio and Florida. A memorial mass will be held November 15 at 10 a.m. at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Upper Arlington, 1899 McCoy Road. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to The
