Kleinman Seymour Kleinman, age 85, passed away on December 21, 2013. Preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Jennie Kleiman. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline; son, Seth (Janessa) Kleinman; sister, Phyllis Eyl; grandchildren, Shiah, Oliver and Declan; sisters-in-law, Dona Nelson and Malinda (Leon) Applebaum; nieces, Jacqueline V. (Leonard Chanin) Eyl and Simrat (Evan) Peltier; nephews, David (Cindy) Eyl and Eli Applebaum. Seymour graduated from Stuyvesant High School in Brooklyn, NY, received his undergraduate degree from Brooklyn College and received his PhD from The Ohio State University. He was a Fulbright Professor in Finland from 1960 - 1961. He continued as a Professor at The Ohio State Univ. for over 40 years where he developed a world renown PhD program in Somatic Studies. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 23 at GREEN LAWN CEMETERY - Beth Tikvah Section, 1000 Greenlawn Ave. with Rabbi Richard Kellner officiating. Shiva will be observed at the Kleinman residence immediately following the service.
