LEONARD, Robert "Bob" Edmund
March 5, 1922 - Cardiff, AB
July 1, 2013 - Milk River, AB
Bob passed away in his home in Milk River, AB at the age of 91 years.
Bob was a WWII veteran, a member of squadron 407 of the RCAF and he served overseas from 1939 to 1945. He was very proud that he was in the militia both prior to and after the war. He then worked at Canadian National Railway in Edmonton for 31 years.
Bob is survived by his uncle Syd Scheie, his niece Frances and his three nephews; John, Patrick and William. Bob was predeceased by his parents Mary and Lionel, and his brother William.
As per Robert's wishes, no funeral service will be held. His final resting place will be in New Norway, AB. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. In lieu of flowers memorial tributes in Robert's name may be made to your local Humane Society or SPCA.
