Jaime A. Rodriguez entered into eternal rest on May 18, 2013 at the age of 65. Jaime was a Vietnam Veteran and a Purple Heart recipient. He was employed by Perea Enterprises. Jaime was preceded in death by parents Luis and Emma Rodriguez and brother Louis Rodriguez Jr. He is survived by his wife Herlinda Orona and his very much loved sons Shawn Anthony Rodriguez and Vidal Carlos Sena and daughter Yvette Velasco. Other survivors are his brother Enrique R. Rodriguez, sister Patricia Rodriguez and nephew Jaime Rodiguez. A special appreciation goes to cousin Irene Galindo who has been there for Jaime since the beginning of his illness, gone to his doctor visits and hospital visits. She has been a great support to Jaime and the family. Many, many thanks go to his dear friends in life who have been there for him, specially his cousin Luis De La Hoz, friends Mike Estrada and Gilberto Avila and to all his friends at work who have tried to be there for him as well. Jaime's family would like to say a special "Thank you" to Dr. Valilis and all the staff at Texas Oncology for the wonderful care and personal attention given to Jaime during his illness. In the end our good Lord called Jaime home and freed him of all pain and worry. No flowers, please. If you wish a donation in memory of Jaime A. Visitation will be Thursday May 23, 2013 from 5 pm to 9 pm at Crestview Funeral Home with a Vigil Service at 7 pm in the Chapel. Funeral Mass will be on Friday May 24, 2013 at 12 pm at St. Patrick's Cathedral with burial to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
