Ralph A. Warner, 72, of North East, Pa., passed away Sunday October 21, 2012 at UPMC Hamot. He was born on November 5, 1939 in Harmonsburg, Pa. a son of the late Morrell and Sarah E. Paterson Warner. He served in the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1958. Ralph worker at Uniflo Manufacturing in Erie until its closing, then as a security guard for many businesses. Ralph had a true love for older cars and enjoyed watching sports and spending time with his loving family. He was a member of American Legion Post #105 in North East and the Loyal order of the Moose Lodge # 2568 in North East. He was preceded in death by five brothers Norman, Raymond, Clarence, Kenneth and Thomas Warner and two sister, Virginia Stevens and Ruth Hartman. Ralph is survived by two brothers, William Warner and his wife Margie of Fla. and Merrell Warner of North East and one sister, Carolyn Johnson of North East. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the W. Tad Bowers Funeral Home, 92 S. Lake St., North East, PA on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. Private funeral services and burial in Highland Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Ross Twp., will be at the convenience of the family.
