Richard G. Anderson, age 65, of Harborcreek, passed away, unexpectedly, at this home, on Thursday, August 28, 2014. He was born in Erie, on June 10, 1949, son of the late J.C. "Bud" and Agnes "Peggy" Anderson.

Rick was a 1967 graduate of Harbor Creek High School, received an Associate Degree in Engineering from Gannon University, and was a graduate of General Electric Apprentice Program. He retired in June from Parker Hannifan Manufacturing, following many years of service. Rick was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and loved being a Grandpa.

Rick is survived by his wife of 30 years, Mary Patrick Anderson; four children, Eric Anderson (Kelly), Stephanie Mascaro (Mark), Phillip Anderson (Elise), and Julie Anderson; one brother, Doug Anderson (Eleanor) and their son, Brian; his in-laws, Paul and Michele Victory; and several grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Private interment will be in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery. To send condolences, visit
