Robert 'Bucky' N. Ricker

LEOMINSTER -- Robert "Bucky" N. Ricker, 77 years old, of Leominster, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2013 with his loving family at his side.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Kathleen (Lolli) Ricker; two sons, Steven Ricker and his lady friend, Denise Gonthier of Leominster, and Kenneth Ricker and his wife, Robin of Leominster; two daughters, Rhonda Ricker and her fiancé, Michael Duddy of Leominster, and Sherri Dandini of Leominster; his sister, Barbara Fini of Leominster; six grandchildren and two great-grandsons who brought him so much happiness, Derek Ricker, Nicole Ricker, Alexa Ricker, Ross Ricker, Ryan Ricker, Franki Dandini and Anthony and Isaac. He also leaves behind nieces, nephews, and many great friends.
He was predeceased by his brother, David M. Ricker in 1984.
Bucky was born August 25, 1936 in Leominster, son of Norman and Doris (Couillard) Ricker and was a life long resident. He attended Leominster Schools and he proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
He had worked as a general manager in the restaurant industry for the majority of his life.
Bucky was a life member of the Leominster Lodge of Elks and the Saint Jean the Baptist in Leominster. He enjoyed playing golf and he loved his vegetable garden. He was an avid sports fan, especially the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox.
RICKER -- At Bucky's request, a funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 10 am in St. Leo's Church, 128 Main Street, Leominster. Burial with military honors will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Leominster. In lieu of flowers, donations, may be made to The ALS Association, Development Department, 27001 Agoura Road, Suite 250, Calabasas Hills, CA 91301. The Silas F.
