Melbourne, FL

Colonel Donald C. Shuffstall, U.S. Army, Retired, veteran of WWII, Korea and Vietnam, the recipient of the Combat Infantry Badge with two stars, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2014. Upon retiring from the military, Don became an International Banker specializing in U.S. and Mexican relations. Don spent 32 years as a Rotarian resulting in his election as District Governor of Southwest Texas and all of New Mexico. His most recent Rotary service was with the Indialantic Rotary Club.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lou; daughter, Donna and his son-in-law and friend, David Romancik.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00PM, Friday, January 24, 2014 at the Beckman Williamson Funeral Home, Viera, FL. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the . You may sign Don's guest book at
