Lt. Dustin Ratliff

Palm Bay, FL

Lieutenant Dustin Ratliff, 30 years of age, of Palm Bay, FL passed away on Monday December 16th,2013. Dustin was a Lieutenant with Brevard County Firefighter Rescue, moving to Brevard in 1997 from Key Largo, FL. He was raised as a Baptist and his life was built around his family and work. Dustin was a loving devoted father to his son Kaleb and enjoyed spending time with him more than anything in the world.

Dustin, will be best remembered for his quick wit and the practical jokes he loved playing on everyone. He will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of having him in their lives.

His hobbies included, four-wheeling, watching movies, video games with Kaleb, spending time surrounded by family and friends.

Survivers include his son Kaleb, Fiance' Brittney Alexander, Parents Darrell and Jackie Ratliff, sister Melissa (Ken) Wilbrandt, Nephew Brandon Honaker, Grandparents Ralph and Edith Ratliff.

A Celebration of Dustin's Life will be held most appropriately on the day that his life began, Saturday December 28th, 2013 at 11;00 a.m. First Baptist Church of South Brevard, 4300 No. Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL 32035.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in Dustin's Memory or International Association of Firefighters Local 2969 or the .
