JOHN E. BLAIR, 82, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013 in Milwaukee, Wisc. John was a native of Fort Wayne and a drafting supervisor with Mag-navox for 34 years, retiring in 1991. He was a 1949 graduate of North Side High School. He enjoyed woodworking, RC airplanes, Lionel Trains and story telling. "He loved his family" which include his wife of 62 years, Patricia Blair; son, David (Lisa) Blair; grandchildren, Caroline, Betsy and Jack Blair all of Wauwatosa, Wisc.; step-grandson, Richard (Ashley) Loza of Pensacola, Fla.; daughter-in-law, Christine Blair of Arroyo Grande, Calif.; brother, Michael Blair of Leesburg, Va.; and sister, Beth Daley of Naples, Fla. He was preceded in death by his son, Terry Blair in 2011; infant stillborn daughter, Tina Marie Blair; brother, Tom Blair; sister, Marilyn Rosenthal; and parents, Sidney and Violet Blair. Service is 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013 at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with calling one hour prior. Fr. Robert D'Souza officiating. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery, with Marine Corp. Military Honors.
