RICHARD K. "DICK" MILLER, 87, of Fort Wayne, died on Monday, March 3, 2014, at Englewood Nursing Home, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, he was a son of the late Clement and Sylvia Miller. He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Fort Wayne, Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, the David Parrish American Legion Post 296 and proudly served his country in World War II in the U.S. Navy, where he celebrated his 18th birthday in Normandy. He retired in 2012 from Shank Brothers Inc. as an accountant after 53 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Marilyn A. Miller; daughters, Peggy (Jim) Hansen of Auburn, Ala. and Marty (Doug) Kaderabek of Carmel; four grandchildren, Nathan, Jennifer, Allison, and Stephen; and great-granddaughter, Isabelle. Funeral service is 11 am. Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Trinity Episcopal Church, 611 W. Berry St., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior to service. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 7, 2014, at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Homes, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne.
