THOMAS CHRIST LEBAMOFF, 80, passed away Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012. Born in Fort Wayne, he was a 1950 graduate of South Side High School and a 1954 graduate from the Indiana University School of Business. "Tommy" was a Fort Wayne restaurateur for over 40 years owning Ted and Tom's North and South, Yankee Drummer, Lambro's, and The Elegant Farmer Restaurant, retiring in 2001. His proudest role was that of husband to Luba (Gouloff) Lebamoff for 53 years. He was a U. S. Army veteran and a member of the St. Nicholas Eastern Orthodox Church where he sang in the choir. He is survived by his beloved wife Luba; sons, Christopher Lebamoff and Robert Lebamoff; daughter, Lisa (Lebamoff) Stockman; five grandchildren; and his brother, Carl Lebamoff. He was preceded in death by his parents, Christ and Katherine Lebamoff; and his sister, Luba (Lebamoff) Knecht. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012 with calling one hour prior and entrance prayers at 9:45 a.m. at St. Nicholas Eastern Orthodox Church located at 3535 Crescent Avenue, Fort Wayne, Ind. Friends may also call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012 with a Trisagion service at 8:30 p.m. at D.O.
