To Joyce's Family: Joyce, Steve and I went from Kindergarten through high school together. Joyce and I were in the same Brownie and Girl Scout troops. The last time I saw her was at our 45th Class Reunion from North Side in 2006, and Steve was with her. I was so excited to see both of them as I hadn't seen them since graduation. When I got home after the reunion, I saw in our reunion booklet that they lived in Orland. Our family used to have a lake cottage on the island at Wall Lake. I was sure I would get to visit them someday. I looked for Joyce at our 50th Class Runion in August, 2011. My heart is heavy and sad at the loss of both Joyce and Steve. I have so many memories that I would like to share with her son and granddaughter. Just know that I am thinking of you and keeping you and all her friends and family in my prayers, and remember, "this too shall pass" and we WILL see our beloved ones again! God bless you and keep you in His care.
Blessings with love,

To Joyce's Family, I am so sorry to hear of her passing. I had the pleasure of working with her at Walmart and sharing our breaks. The fun we had laughing and talking about everything will be greatly missed. She was a grand lady and i am deeply saddened. "No more sorrow, No more pain. Only Happiness to Gain" May the Angels surround this family and give them strength to endure this sadness and the knowledge that Joyce will be watching over them with those who have gone before. Rest in Peaceful sleep, my Friend.

While trying to think of my favorite memory of my Aunt Joyce, I found that I couldn't pick just one, but they ALL made me smile.
Love ya, and I will miss you
