ANNSON JAMES, 62
Annson J. Robinson, age 62 of Gainesville, died Feb. 1, 2013 at Shands UF. He was an U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a former employee of Main Street Cheverolet.
He's preceded in death by his siblings, Cynthia Peterson, Juanita Robinson Johnson, Willie Marie James, Edward Bernard Robinson and Samuel peterson. Annson leaves to cherish his memories: wife, Juliette Mcdew Robinson; 4 daughters, Patrice Robinson, Macon, GA, Nieja Robinson, Baltimore, MD, Maya Robinson, Atlanta, GA, and Antiguah Robinson, Auburn, AL; a son, Annson James Robinson Jr., of Afghanistan; 2 grandchildren, Julian Robinson, Macon, GA and Rach'e Robinson, baltimore, MD; a sister, Jessie Mae Robinson and a brother, William Robinson, both of Gainesville; special friend, Wilemenia Flowers; and a host of other relatives.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 at Church Of God By Faith, 735 SE 15 St, Gainesville, FL, Bishop James E. McKnight, Sr. Pastor & Oficiant. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Gainesville, FL. Viewing hours on Friday at PINKNEY-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 727 NW 2 ST., GAINESVILLE, FL , 2-7 p.m., and Saturday at COGBF, 10:30-11:00 a.m. No Viewing after the eulogy. The cortege will form at the home of his sister, Ms. Jessie Mae Robinson, 1117 SE 18 Terr, Gainesville, FL, 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
