Caribou, Maine -Gregory P. Wark, 62, formerly of Colorado Springs passed away June 20, 2014 at Caribou Maine and is now resting in peace following a long courageous battle with MSA. He was born in Caribou March 23, 1952 the son of George and Lucille Wark.

He served with the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and on February 18, 1977, he married Derna Brown.

Greg was a self-employed farmer and potato grower in Woodland Maine prior to moving to Colorado Springs where he did custom home construction.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Derna and his mother Lou, both of Caribou and two daughters and sons in law; Kiley and Nathan Sheppard of Saco Maine and Amy and Colin Leed of Colorado Springs. Six brothers and three sisters; five grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, June 27, 2014 at the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery Caribou Maine.
