I'm thinking of you all. Elsie was Clerk of Fairfield when Lee was mayor and they had a great working relationship. She lived a full life - I hope she left it peacefully and pain free. God bless you.

I have fond memories of family picnics at Tuffy & Elsie's home as a youngster. Elsie was always friendly to me even if I had not seen her for years. She was a great lady. My condolences to her family.
