MESQUITE, Nev. Gary Dean Campbell, 67, of Mesquite, Nev., died after a short illness Thursday, March 14, at his home in Mesquite, Nevada.

Private services will take place, followed by a reception for friends and family from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, March 28, at Elks Club, 500 1st Ave. S., Great Falls. Schnider Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
The Greatest Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Friend, Gary was born in 1945, to Elton and Marjorie Campbell in Great Falls. He married Sandra Nelson in 1964. He was employed by Mountain Bell and then moved his family north of Great Falls to begin a successful career in farming as part of Elton Campbell Ranches. He understood hard work and his favorite quote was "Work only comes after success in the dictionary". He was a kind, thoughtful and intelligent man with a quick wit and infectious laugh. He will be greatly missed by many.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Campbell of Portage; daughter, Jamie (Wayne) Seward of Boise, Idaho; sons, Jeff (Kathy) Campbell of Portage and Jason Campbell of Great Falls; grandchildren, Danielle, Morgan, Jessica, Jenna all of Great Falls and Cody of Columbia Falls; and a brother, Ron Campbell of Minneapolis, Minn.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elton and Marjorie Campbell.
