Stencil, Ethel R. (Reinhard)
Ethel R. (Reinhard) Stencil, 91, Green Bay, died Sunday, May 5, 2013. She was born July 16, 1921, in Green Bay, to Charles and Sena (Christensen) Hooper.
Ethel married Carl Reinhard in 1943. He preceded her in death on June 27, 1958. She later married Carlton Stencil on April 27, 1963 and they have been married 50 years and one week. Ethel enjoyed gardening, fishing, crocheting, and crafting with plastic canvas. She was a member of Annunciation Parish and the Women of the Moose. Ethel was an excellent cook and baker. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Ethel was a very hard worker and loved her family very much.
She is survived by her husband, Carlton "Beezer" Stencil; her children, Ruth (Teofilo) Cervantes, Richard (Judith) Reinhard, Donald (Carole) Reinhard, John (Michel Rene) Stencil; her stepson, Robert (Sandy) Stencil; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Ethel was preceded in death by her first husband, Carl; her parents; and her sisters, Florence Englebert and Lillian Lutsey.
Friends may call at Annunciation Catholic Church, 401 Gray St., from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with Rev.
