Patricia L. Jadin, age 86 of Kewaunee died on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Bellin Memorial Hospital. She was born in Kewaunee on September 3, 1927 to the late George and Francis (Linhart) Rank.

She graduated from Kewaunee High School in 1945 and later attended Silver Lake College majoring in music. She was one of the original employees of East Shore Industries and worked there for twenty-five years until retiring.

She was a lifelong member of Holy Rosary Parish and a choir member all of her life, she was a Kewaunee Youth Club director for many years, she sang the National Anthem for all of the boat launchings of the Kewaunee Ship Yards during WWII. She was an avid sports fan and sang the National Anthem at many of the Kewaunee High School football games. Her greatest joy was being with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include five sons and daughters-in-law: Chuck and Barbara (DeJardin) Jadin, Casco; David and Linda (Mathu) Jadin, Luxemburg; Jeff and Margaret (Navin) Jadin, New York, NY; Mark and Mary Jo (Wautlet) Jadin, Green Bay; Paul and Jane (Stangel) Jadin, Madison; two daughters and sons-in-law: LuAnn and Bob Murphy and Katye and Tom Stangel both of Kewaunee; grandchildren: Ryan Jadin; Christopher Jadin; Amanda Jadin; Mitchell Jadin; Sarah (fiancé, Zach Bubolo) Jadin; David Jadin; Alexander (Stacy) Jadin; Adam (Kristi) Murphy; Matthew (Ivy) Murphy; Andrew (Sara) Murphy; Erin Jadin; Michael Jadin (Fiancé, Leya Bengel); Charles Jadin; George Jadin; Kacy (Jason) Rohr; Jamy Stangel; Jill (Ben) Augustine; Daniel (Rani) Stangel; twenty-six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son: Michael (Mick) Jadin; one sister: Dorothy (Fritz) Hoffman and two brothers: Robert (Betty) Rank and Jerome (Irma) Rank.

Friends may call after 9:00 a.m. Saturday, March 22 until the time of services at Holy Rosary Church, Kewaunee. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. by Fr. William Swichtenberg. Burial will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
