Paul J. Bruskiewicz, 55, died early Saturday morning, April 19, 2014, at his brother's home in Mass City, Michigan, following a brief illness. He was born February 2, 1959 in Green Bay to Daniel and Lorraine (Werchek) Bruskiewicz. Paul was a graduate of SS Peter and Paul Grade School and Green Bay East High School. Following high school, Paul enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving from 1978 until his honorable discharge in 1982. Paul led a very simple life working various jobs and helping anyone who needed a hand. He was a kind and gentle man and made everyone he met his friend. Paul always had a hard time saying no to anyone. He followed all sports, whether it was basketball, baseball or football, especially "his Packers". Paul enjoyed hunting and was an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his parents, Daniel and Lorraine Bruskiewicz, Glenmore; five brothers and sisters: Dolores (Jerry) Torp, De Pere; Carol (Gary) Gallup, L'Anse, MI; David Bruskiewicz, De Pere; Jane (Dan) Klug, Green Bay and Brian (Mary) Bruskiewicz, Mass City, MI; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Ralph Bruskiewicz.
Friends may call at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 8532 Big Apple Rd. in Glenmore, after 9:00 am Tuesday until time of mass. Funeral mass 12:00 pm Tuesday at the church with Rev.
