Fiala, Ruby M.

With tears of sadness, laughter and joy, we lost the cornerstone of our family on Friday, September 27, 2013. Ruby joins Johnny, her husband and her son Jerry. The former Ruby M. Kotek was born on July 12, 1926 to the late Bert and Gladys (Balliet) Kotek in Portage, WI.

On May 20, 1947 she married John C. Fiala and he preceded her in death on December 4, 2006.

She was member of Holy Rosary Church and the Rosary Society, V.F.W. Auxiliary. She enjoyed baking, leather craft, knitting, crocheting, quilting, dancing, card playing, fishing, and especially spending time with family and friends. Most of all she enjoyed travels with Johnnie as the "Galavanters" spending winters in Florida and summers up North
