Franklin Harold Eller, 92, of Greenville

passed away Friday, August 15, 2014.

Frank was born in Piedmont, SC to the late Harlo and Rose Smith Eller on March 13, 1922.

He served his country by enlisting in the Army during WWII. He was in the 101st Airborne 506th Parachute Infantry Company "A". Frank was awarded The Bronze Star and The Purple Heart Medal.

He is survived by his wife Betty; their three children; Michael Eller, Sheila Bryant and Brian Eller; grandchildren, Cameron Langley, April Putman, Melissa Eller, Michael Eller, Jr., Heather Eller, Jessica Eller, and seven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Faye Parker.

His family will greatly miss him. He was a terrific parent and "The World's Greatest Grandpa". We love you Pa! We know you are in a better place.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, August 18, 2014 at 12:00 noon, at Greenville Memorial Gardens.
