Fair Play

Toy Donald "Don" Coster, 88, of Fair Play, died Saturday. Born in Travelers Rest, he was a son of the late Perry Earle and Della Heath Coster. Don was a retired metal fabricator from Metal Products, a Marine Veteran of WWII involved in the invasion of Guam and a member of Mountain Creek Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Molly Chandler Coster; daughters, Donna (Stan) Quinn of Greenville and Terrie

Copeland of Fair Play; a sister, Mary C. Shealy of Travelers Rest; grandchildren, Shannon Q. (Nathan) Vance and Jeremy Copeland; and 2 great grandchildren, Piper and Piers Vance. He was predeceased by a grandson, Shane Quinn.

Services will be held 2:30 pm Wednesday at Mountain Creek Baptist Church. Visitation will be held 1pm to 2:20 pm at the Church. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery with Military Honors. Memorials may be made to Mountain Creek Baptist Church or Disabled Veterans.
