Dianne (Ann) M. Matthias, age 67, of 2220 South 42nd Street, Manitowoc, died on Monday morning, January 20, 2014 at her residence.

She was born on May 4, 1946 in Manitowoc daughter of the late Stanley Sr. and Catherine (Hein) Sieracki. Dianne attended Manitowoc Lincoln High School graduating with the class of 1964 . On July 9, 1966 she married Jon Matthias at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Northeim . Together, Dianne and Jon owned and operated Clover Matt Dairy Farm for over 20 years. Later they started TR Truck and Auto LLC which still runs today. Dianne had been a member of St. Joseph and St. Casimir Catholic Churches and currently was a member of St. Francis of Assisi, Manitowoc. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Dianne loved to work outdoors and instilled a solid work ethic in her children. She was an expert gardener with remarkable cooking and canning abilities which she was proud to teach and share with her children. Her children would have loved to see her sell her great salsa, pickles and spaghetti sauce.

Survivors include her husband: Jon Matthias, Manitowoc; five daughters and four sons-in-law: Amy and Richard Hubbartt, Newton, Christy and Greg Scheurell, Maribel, Jean Matthias and Anthony Kennedy, Germantown, Joy Matthias, Palmer, Alaska and Kathy and Matt Rezba, Kellnersville; one son: Marty Matthias and special friend: Karie Zellner, Kaukauna; ten grandchildren: Anna (special friend Travis Behnke), Abby, Olivia and Andrew Hubbartt, Margaret and Matthias Kennedy, Jack Matthias-Wautlet, Grace, Megan and Laura Rezba; two more grandchildren expected in February and May each; one sister: Mary Kutil, Wausau; four brothers and three sisters-in-law: Tony and Margie Sieracki, Manitowoc, Fritz and Sue Sieracki, Newton, Stevie and Sue Sieracki, Manitowoc, Stan Sieracki, Jr. Newton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and many dear friends. She was also preceded in death by five infant children: two infant sons: Mark and David; and three infant daughters: Margaret, Julie and Connie; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Arland and Irene Matthias; and four brothers-in-law: Bill Kutil, Dennis Matthias, Jim Matthias and Dean Matthias.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 24, 2014 at St. Francis of Assisi on Marshall - 1114 S. 21st Street, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Dave Pleier with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, Alverno.

The family will greet relatives and friends at The Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 23, 2014. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. led by Rev. David Beaudry. Friends may also call Friday morning at The Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 9:30 a.m. until morning prayers at 10:30 a.m.
