BAKER, William J. "Junior" age 62, of Middletown, Ohio passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at Atrium Medical Center where he had been a patient for nine days. He was born September 21, 1951 in Leslie County, Kentucky and lived in Middletown most of his life. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Junior was an electrician and was employed at Square D/Schneider Electric. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #501. Preceding him in death were one son, Jason Baker; his step father, Ervin Turner; and a brother-in-law, Tony Joseph. He is survived by his mother, Emma Turner; girlfriend, Carol Mason; Carol's daughter, Michelle Mason; one son, Chris Baker and fiancée Erica; four grandchildren, Kelton, Cody, Kendra, and Kayleena; one brother, Matt Baker, wife Cora; three sisters, Cleta Woods, husband Jim, Carol Joseph, and Ada Thomas; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown. Services will be Friday, January 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home, with Rev. Roy Shepherd officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park, Trenton, Ohio.
