COTTON-WILLHOEFT, BARBRA ANNETUCKER, was born on Nov. 17 1937 in Miami, Fla. and passed away suddenly on Aug. 13, 2013 in Kissimmee, Fl. Barbara is a graduate of Miami Senior High and attended University of Florida., joining Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. Graduated from the University of Miami with a BA in Education and a Masters Degree in Special Education. She worked for Miami-Dade County Public School System for 30 years as a teacher and special education teacher. She was a case manager for Dade County schools and assistant principle for Gulfstream Elementary for severely emotionally handicapped children. Barbara is survived by her husband, Henry Willhoeft, beloved sons, Rod Cotton & Randy Cotton, brother Woerner Jones and family and her Aunt Joyce Diehl. A Memorial Service will be held on Sat. August 24 2013 at 2:00pm at Osceola Memorial Gardens in Poinciana, FL. The family will receive friends on Sat. from 1:00pm to 2:00pm prior to the service. Arrangements are under the artful care of Osceola Memory Gardens, 3175 Pleasant Hill Rd., Poinciana, FL 34746.
