ATKINSON, ROBERT C. June 2, 1929- November 19, 2013 Bob grew up in South Miami, and spent his childhood fishing and swimming in the waters around Matheson Hammock. He attended Ponce De Leon High School, and Georgia Military Prep. School, and went on to graduate from the University of Florida with a degree in pharmacy. Bob was a proud "Gator", and a member of Pi Kappa Alpha (Pikes) social fraternity, and Kappa Psi pharmacy fraternity. Bob was a pharmacist for 55 years and a member of the Dade County Pharmaceutical Assoc. and past member of the Perrine Kiwanis. Bob really enjoyed all of his family, and the fun they had on family vacations. He will be missed by his wife, Connie, and his 4 children, Mike, Pam, Beth, and Cindy, his daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, and 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. A private family service will be held at a later date.
