BLOMGREN Steven Marshall Blomgren 70, of Key Colony Beach, FL passed away on Friday March 15, 2013 at Homestead Hospital, Homestead, FL. He was born on October 21, 1942 at Rockford, Illinois to the late Marshall Gustov Howard Blomgren and Jeanette Astrid (Beck) Blomgren. Steven was a graduate of the University of Illinois and a member of the Fighting Illini Marching Band. He was the Vice President of Sales and Engineering for Tenneco, Inc. in Monroe, MI. He was an active member of St. John's Baptist Church in Monroe, MI and with the JC's, Sertoma Club and many community activities. Surviving is his wife Sheril L. Blomgren of Key Colony Beach, FL; sons Scott (Lindsey) Blomgren of Decatur, IL, Stuart (Fiance Elaine Lam) Blomgren of San Jose, CA; sisters Elaine (Dennis) Leslie of Rockford, IL, Linda Rogers of St. Charles, MO; grand-children Bethany, Michaela, Joshua and Noah Blomgren. A Celebration of Life for Steven will be held on Monday April 1st from 2-4pm at Cabana Breezes in Key Colony Beach for family and friends.
