Allan E. Milliken of Everett, passed away on December 14, 2013 at the age of 70. He was born on March 6, 1943 in Seattle, WA. Allan is preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Phyllis. He is survived by brothers, Pat and Craig (Kathy); nieces, Lisa (Jackie) and Christy (Ed); nephew, Troy (Jessie); and new grandniece, (Lena). Allan graduated from Sammamish HS where he was a manager for the wrestling and football teams. He worked at Boeing for 36 years as a PCA Expeditor and lived at his home at Village Green for over 30 years most of that time with his close friend Bill Church. He also worked part time for Jay Mills Stables and spent enjoyable times at Longacres Track. Allan will be remembered by all who knew him for his unusual thoughtfulness, his lifetime achievements, his one of a kind sense of humor and, perhaps most of all, for his honest and ethical traits. There are no memorial services planned. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The family is putting a gravestone at a plot located next to his beloved parents at Floral Hills Cemetery.
