Adored Father, Beloved Brother, One of a Kind Uncle, True and Faithful Friend. Tom, 53, of Lake Stevens, WA passed away unexpectedly of a heart attack on February 6, 2014. He was born in Seattle on September 4, 1960 to Eugene and Donna Gillis. Tom graduated from Nathan Hale High School. After serving in the Air Force, Tom worked as the owner/operator of Gillis Auto Service in Lake City and then as a Boeing machinist. For the last 22 years, he served the community as a real estate agent. Tom's outgoing personality, willingness to lend a hand, and enthusiasm for life will be missed by all that knew him. He is survived by his daughters, Megan, Gretchen and Chelsea; the mother of his children and business partner, Adrienne; his mother, Donna; his siblings, Dawn Marie, Greg, Don, Ed, Gladys, and Joe; as well as many nieces and nephews he adored. A celebration of life will take place March 1, 2014 at 3 p.m. at Red Barn Events on Marsh Road in Snohomish, WA. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the .
