Wilber Clyde Bolyard, 66, passed away on August 22, 2014, surrounded by his family, after a short illness. Wilber is a veteran of the Vietnam War, where he was awarded a Purple Heart. He retired after 41 years with Burlington Northern and spent more than 25 years as a dedicated volunteer and avid supporter of Operation Stop, a drug and addiction prevention and recovery program. He is survived by his loving wife, Paula; step-children, Tami (Ron), Bobbi (Randy); step-grandchildren, Christopher "KaBoom", Francisca, Noah, and Roman; his brother, Milt; numerous nieces and nephews; and his much loved fur baby Coco. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. on September 2, 2014 at Grand Army of the Republic Cemetery at 8601 Riverview Road, Snohomish, followed immediately by a potluck gathering (all are welcome) at Hill Park, Blackmans Lake, 1610 Park Avenue, Snohomish.
