Emmett Moore passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2013, following a long illness.

Mr. Moore was the son of H.E. and Vida Mae Moore. He was born in Huntsville, Texas.
After completion of high school in Huntsville, Mr. Moore entered Sam Houston State University and graduated from there with a degree in history. He received a regular Army commission in the United States Army and served for fifteen year. Mr. Moore served two different tours in Vietnam, earning several combat decorations. Mr. Moore resigned from the Army and entered St. Mary's Law School in San Antonio, Texas.
Following graduation he practiced law in Houston and Clear Lake area. He especially enjoyed teaching law courses at the Clear Lake Campus of the University of Houston .
Mr. Moore met and married Bebe Falo while stationed at Fort Meade in Maryland. The couple welcomed daughter Valeria, while still living in the Washington area.
Mr. Moore is survived by his wife Bebe Moore, his daughter Valeria and her husband Kevin Nolan, and their daughter Lucia Pilar. In addition Mr. Moore leaves his sister Rebecca Moore, his nephew James Steven Orr and wife Kay, and son, all of Rockwall, Texas Also surviving brother in law Dr. Pablo Falo, his wife Dr. Maureen Falo of McLean Virginia, their daughters, Pilar Falo (Peter) and sons, also of Virginia and Cristina Falo (Marc) and sons of Connecticut.
The family would like to thank all of the physicians and staff at Methodist Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine, who helped Mr. Moore live with dignity and strength, especially Dr. Rush Lynch, Dr. Alberto Barroso and Dr. Robert Hust and their staff.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 12th at 10:30am at St. Bernadette's Catholic Church, 15500 El Camino Real; Houston, TX 77062.
