Frank Caudle Obituary
Frank N. Caudle, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend was accepted into the gates of heaven on April 8, 2014. Frank, the son of Porter Caudle and Elizabeth Norrington, was born on October 11, 1937 in Social Circle, GA.
He served 14 years in the U.S. Air Force and met his wife, Betty, while stationed at Chennault Air Force Base in Lake Charles, LA. They were blessed with one son, Glenn.
After his honorable discharge from the Air Force, Frank accepted a position with Union Pacific Railroad as a railroad engineer. He enjoyed traveling and fraternizing with family and friends who always enjoyed his gumbo, barbeque and fish. He was a Christian and was devoted to his family.
Visitation will be held in Frank's honor on Saturday, April 19 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Wheeler Ave. Bapt. Church followed by the celebration of his life at 11:00. Rev. Marcus D. Cosby will officiate. His interment will be at the Veteran's Memorial Cemetery on Monday, April 21 at 11:30..
