Joe M. Billeri Obituary
Joe M. Billeri 94, passed away March 22, 2013.He was a native and lifelong Houstonian. Joe was one of 7 children, and is survived by his youngest sister, Annie Indelicato. He is a veteran of the US Army serving in WW II. He is preceded in death by his wife Hazel Coon Billeri. He is survived by his children, Martin G. Billeri and Nancy Billeri Ross; 5 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Joe was a founding and lifelong member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. He was very active there, a few being, the Men's Club, Captain of the Holy Name Retreats for 46 yrs., and Eucharistic Minister. His generosity touched many lives. He "lived" his Christianity. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 25, 2013 at Del Angel Funeral Home, 5100 North Freeway. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 501 Tidwell. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
