Obituary Condolences

Marion Hofeller Levi, 90, of Coral Springs, Florida, passed away July 3, 2014. She was born on April 24, 1924 in Buffalo, New York and moved to Houston at age 10. She attended the University of Texas at Austin and volunteered for 15 years at Texas Children's Hospital.
Marion loved her hobbies, including a 50-plus year bowling career, gardening, knitting blankets, "Wheel Of Fortune," and "Jeopardy." She was also a long time member of Congregation Beth Israel.
Marion was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Elia Levi, and her parents, Sigmar and Lorraine Hofeller. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she is survived by her sister Elaine Kuper, sister-in-law Stella Wolfert, son Robert and daughter-in-law Sharon Karp Levi, daughter Elizabeth Levi Smith and son-in-law Samuel Smith, granddaughter Audra and husband Jason Priluck, grandson Ethan S. Smith, great-grandsons Justin and Garrett Priluck, nieces Laurie Bricker, Reba O'Neil, Loretta Levi, Susan Levi, nephews Tom Kuper and Michael Wolfert, and other loving family members and friends.
Her life will be honored during graveside services at 10:00 AM Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Congregation Beth Israel Memorial Gardens, 1101 Antoine, Rabbi Kenny Weiss officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the .
