TOMMY C. ADAMS

Tommy Adams passed away on August 9, 2014 in Chula Vista, CA at age 88. Tommy was born January 22, 1926 to Cora and Elbert Adams. He lived most of his youth on farming areas in Missouri and Arkansas. His education began in a one room school house in Green Cox, Missouri. He joined the Navy during WWII, became a Radio Operator assigned to US Curtis surviving plane attacks that hit the Radio Shack. After the war he attended Harding University, joined the Border Patrol and retired as US Customs Port Director at Calexico CA.
Tom is survived by his wife Carmen and one brother, Frank Curtis Adams of Searcy, Arkansas. He is also survived by sons, daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren that he loved dearly and who loved him very much.
Tommy, you were a devoted husband, a great dad and wonderful grandpa. We will miss you very much and remember you always.
