Ret. Judge Donald Eugene Foulke

Donald was a retired Hamilton County Judge. He proudly served his country with the U.S. Navy and was a WWII and Korean War veteran. He officially retired in 1994, but continued to hear a limited number of cases on a part-time basis as a Senior Judge for Judge Steven Nation until 2007.

He is survived by his wife, Rosanne Foulke; son, Donald (Linda) Foulke, Jr.; grandchildren, Ben (Rosie) Foulke and Erika (Aaron) Martin; and great-grandchildren, Owen, Sophie and Madelyn Martin and Sam, Max and Zoe Foulke.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Doyle Foulke.
