Edward L. "Eddie" Borneman

Age 62, of Indianapolis, passed away Saturday November 30, 2013 surrounded by his family. He graduated from Lawrence Central High School and attended Indiana University and when he learned his US Draft Lottery number was 53 he joined the US Navy. He was an air traffic controller serving in the Vietnam War. Eddie was an Auto Wholesaler for many years. When he was at IU nicknames came into his life such as "Ed the Red", "Louie", "The Legend", "Edgie" and "Special Ed".

Survivors include his wife; Tammy, parents: William L. and Ethel (Benham) Borneman; step children; Jeremy and Jamie Hudson. Step grandchildren are; Mandy, Sommer and Brooklyn. One brother; Terry M. (Thelma-deceased) Borneman. His nieces include: Ashley Ritter and Rachael Klein. Private family services will be held.
