Harold Ernest Trulock

84, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 in Greenwood.

He was born on March 16, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan to Dorothy (Watson) Trulock and William Trulock. He is survived by children, Pam (Danny) Ritter of Trafalgar; Trent Trulock (Cynthia Eyler) of Canton, New York; Gina Ronk of Greenfield and Michael (Joetta) Trulock of Greenwood; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters, Jeanne List of Greenfield; and Janice Englebright of Deer Park, Texas. He was preceded in passing by his parents.

Harold attended Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis. He served in the U.S. army during the Korean War.

He was employed as a Police Officer with the Indianapolis Police Department for twenty years, retiring in 1976. He later worked for Melvin Simon and Associates as a Security Officer.

After retirement, he enjoyed volunteering at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

A service will be conducted on Friday, April 12th, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home , 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Friends may call on Friday, April 12th from 4:00 p.m. to time of service at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at Carmel Cemetery in Carmel, Indiana.
