Marjorie Lucille Beasley
76, of Indianapolis, formerly of Franklin, took her final bow on Monday, April 29, 2013 at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Marjorie was born on August 15, 1936 in Washington, Indiana to Carl and Lucille (Sloan) Webber. She met Thomas Beasley and they began their duet on April 13, 1957 in Indianapolis. They were blessed with three sons, Thomas Dale Beasley of Indianapolis, Jon Mark Beasley of Dearborn, Michigan, and Richard Carl Beasley. Added to her blessings were six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was a graduate of Virginia Community College in Lynchburg, Virginia with as associate's degree in the Para-Legal field. Marjorie had a love for the arts and Community Theater being active in Our Town Players in Franklin, Marry Mac in Martinsville, Epilogue Players in Indianapolis and Hoosier Heartland Repertory Theater in Greenfield. A memorial "Curtain Call" Celebration of her life will be conducted at a later date at the Art Craft Theater in Franklin.
