Michael W. Wadsworth

56 of Greenwood, Indiana passed away on December 22nd, 2013. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to the parents of Silvia and the late Ralph Wadsworth. He attended Thomas Carr Howe High School, Indiana University, Cornell University and Dale Carnegie.

He founded and was the President/CEO of Wadsworth Vending, Mijan Bootery, Red Line Graphics, Wadsworth Realty and M W Wadsworth & Company Fine Chocolates. During the 22+ years of growing Red Line Graphics it ranked as high as the fourth largest printing company in Indiana. Additionally, he acquired 23 different companies including print, promotional products, apparel and signage manufacturers.

Michael was deeply involved in the community, volunteering for the Roncalli High School Board of Directors, Franklin College Advisory Board, South Stars Hockey Association, S.S. Francis and Clare Catholic Church and Perry Township Civic Association.

He enjoyed flying Cessna planes, riding his Harley, snow skiing and spending time at his vacation home in Put In Bay, OH.

Michael is survived by his wife of over 30 years (Janet Sokolowski Wadsworth) and his twin children (Jennifer Lynne and Ryan Lee). Daughter In Law (Emily Smith Wadsworth) and his Granddaughter (Ava Marie Wadsworth). Additionally he is survived by his mother Silva, brothers Kevin, Ted and Ralph and sister Pam. He is proceeded in death by his father Ralph and brother Jerry.

Viewing services will be conducted at G. H. Herrmann Fu neral Home in Greenwood Indiana on Friday December 27th from 4PM to 8 PM with funeral services to follow on Saturday December 28th at 10 AM at St. Francis and Clare Catholic Church located in Greenwood Indiana.
