Robert Kenneth Stallwood
Passed away peacefully at his home in Windermere, Florida on Wednesday, January 23rd at the age of 79. Born in Plymouth, Indiana to Elna Flosey (Beyler) Stallwood and Robert Jabez Stallwood, Bob graduated from Shortridge High School and Purdue University. After serving with the United States Army, his early professional years were in the field of Dairy Management. He then attended Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis and spent the next 47 years as an estate planning attorney focusing on his greatest professional passion: revocable living trust planning, a topic he could happily discuss for hours at a time. He was married to the love of his life, Lorie Stallwood, who predeceased him in May . A man of great faith and intellectual curiosity, Bob's personal and professional life was dedicated to serving others. His happy disposition, love of storytelling and wise counsel will be missed by us all. He is survived by his daughter, Jeanie Stallwood, her children Israel, Sarah and Illanah; his daughter Patty Stallwood-Kendall, her husband Jeffery and children Abigail and Elena; and his sister, Jean Hess, her husband Joe, their six children and many nieces and nephews.
