Sue Marilyn McMahan Wilson, 80

and Morris Harrell Wilson, 87

Both passed away this week and remain together by the hand of God. Sue, born August 14, 1932 was married to Morry, born October 9, 1925 for 62 wonderful years. Sue and Morry were both the oldest of 4 children in their families. Sue's parents were Herschel and Mary Lou McMahan, both of Indianapolis and Morry's parents were Harry and Cornelia Wilson, both of Indianapolis.

Morry met Sue while they both worked at Allison Gas Turbine and they were married after a brief period of dating. They have four children, Joe, Lynn, John, and Dan, 19 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. By God's hands they were separated only 40 hours with Sue passing away Tuesday, March 19, 2013 and Morry passing away Thursday March 21, 2013. Sue was in IU West Hospital and Morry was in St. Vincent Heart Center.

Morry was an Industrial Engineer for Allison Gas Turbine division of General Motors Corporation for 45 years advancing to Superintendent of Methods Engineering. Most of his career he worked at plant 5 except for a 10 year period he spent at plant 3 in Speedway. They resided in Speedway throughout their entire married lives. Sue was a homemaker dedicated to raising her 4 children. They are survived by a very large family.

Visitation will be at Chapel Rock Christian Church from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 26, followed by a service at 7:00 p.m. to be performed by Reverend Fred Rodkey, their pastor. Both Morry and Sue requested not to have an open casket ceremony, but chose cremation with their remains going to their children. The remains will be present at the service care of Indiana Memorial and Cremation Center .
