and went on to graduate from
He brought joy to many as a professional musician and lit the way for countless young people as a music teacher in Palatine, Ill and Oakland CA.
Lou is survived by his wife Elaine, brother Seth, son Robert, daughter Diane Kemp, grandchildren Kristin Pollard, Ian Kemp, Megan Wiley and great granddaughter Ave Pollard. Lou loved fishing and playing Big Band Swing (Sax, Clarinet and Flute.)
Services will be held Wednesday, February 20th at 11:30AM at Jess Spencer Mortuary, 21228 Redwood Rd., Castro Valley. Burial to follow at Lone Tree Cemetery, Hayward CA.
