Karla Kelley Obituary
Karla Ann Kelley, 52

Karla Ann Kelley, 52, of Indianapolis, died February 13, 2013, with her family and close friends by her side. Karla was born January 31, 1961, in New Castle to Phillip Michael and Wanda Lee Ruckle Kelley; her father preceded her in death.

Karla was a 1979 graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School and a 1984 graduate of Purdue University. Her skills and expertise flourished during a successful and rewarding career in the financial services at Raffensperger and Hughes, National City and most recently as a registered client administrator at Merrill Lynch Financial.

Karla's life was dedicated to relationships; people were her great love. Whether at work with her clients, with her family on an adventure or enjoying life's little moments with friends, Karla was always the happiest when she was with people, but she had no greater love than her daughter, Anna, who will forever be the light of her life!

Known as a great organizer, she used her talents to plan many outings with family and friends; if Karla was planning it there was no doubt it would be organized and fun. Her essence will be long treasured and forever missed.

Karla is survived by her daughter, Anna Kelley; her mother, Wanda Kelley; her sister, Karen Kelley; her brother and sister-in-law, Bruce and Kristen Kelley; and her nephews, Cannon and Will Kelley.

Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 6 p.m., Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 100 W. 86th St., Indianapolis.

Memorial contributions may be made to her daughter Anna's 529 College Education Fund. Please make contributions payable to Anna Kelley, care of Bruce and Kristen Kelley, 8843 Amber Stone Ct., Zionsville, IN 46077.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan in Zionsville. You are invited to offer your condolences to the Kelley Family, share your memories of Karla or view a video tribute of her life at www.flannerbuchanan.com.
